• Valid liquor license required if serving alcohol
• Adherence to local noise and conduct policies

• 1 free on-site parking stall
• Large public parking on-site (free after 8PM)
• Walkable to cafés, restaurants, and trails

• The unit is located at a commercial building

Dear Guests,

Thanks again for choosing our property. We just love to inform you that hot tub maintenance is performed every Tuesday. The maintenance personel needs to enter in the unit. The process takes 1-4 hours to ensure the hot tub's cleanliness. Rescheduling this will incur a penalty, which must be paid by the current guest.

Stain & Laundry Surcharge Policy

To maintain our linens at a high standard for all guests, please note that stained or damaged items may result in additional charges if they cannot be restored through standard laundering.

The following stain/laundry surcharges will apply per item:

$30 – Large bath sheet

$20 – Bath towel

$10 – Hand towel

$5 – Face cloth

$50 – Bedding item (flat sheet, fitted sheet, or coverlet)

Charges apply when stains require special treatment and/or when items remain permanently stained and must be replaced.
